Who we are

Viral Roadside connects brands with roadside creators. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Viral Roadside. You can reach us at hello@viralroadside.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Campaign briefs: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and your answers about what you’re promoting, your goal, budget, timing, and any notes.
• Creator applications: your name, email, channel links, follower count, location, the kind of work you film, and any past brand deals.
• Emails: anything you send to hello@viralroadside.com.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare proposals, review creator applications, and run campaigns you agree to. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

Our website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Email is handled by our email provider. If you become a client or partner, we may share relevant details with the creators or brands involved in your campaign, only as needed to deliver it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and applications for as long as they’re useful for the conversation they started, and delete them when they’re no longer needed. Ask us anytime and we’ll delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent by emailing hello@viralroadside.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
